iMedicine is developing and translating AI-based solutions for precision early diagnosis of disease conditions, mainly cancers. Precise subtyping is necessary to treat cancer effectively at the personalized level. We develop in-house algorithms and pipelines for analyzing cancer big data in multiple modalities generated by various international consortia, and determine reliable custom biomarker panels for early-stage diagnosis. We are addressing all major conditions including colorectal cancer, hepatocellular cancer, lung cancer, brain cancer, kidney cancer, male reproductive cancers (prostate & testicular), female reproductive cancers (breast, ovarian & cervical) etc. We are developing technology for the design of biosensors for detecting the nucleic acid biomarkers.
